Slips, Trips, and Falls are some of the leading causes of injury in the workplace. This course is designed to offer an awareness of the issues involved with working at height and will focus on the best practices in fall protection and the need to protect workers. Participants are introduced to the legislation governing fall protection as well as the components of a fall protection system including anchorages, connectors, and how to properly don your body support and keep it in excellent condition.
Learn about the new updates to the Walking, Working, Surfaces Rule to stay in compliance, and more importantly to keep yourself and others safe!
Joe Ditzel has managed the Safety Products Division at NH Bragg since early 1992. Over that time, he has developed Safety Training Programs that he brings to employers and their employees to help ensure a Safer Workplace Environment.
Adela Cifelli is a 12-year Military Veteran with a B.S. in Environmental Safety and Health and working toward a Master’s Degree. She worked at SAPPI for 5 years with the Safety Manager. Adela currently works for the Department of Labor SafetyWorks and has been with the department for 10 years.
