Chuck was one of Region One’s original EPA employees. He worked on behalf of Wastewater Operators for 30 years to serve the needs of New England’s wastewater treatment community. After retiring from EPA, he worked for NEIWPCC as a training manager where the classes he taught reached hundreds of operators throughout the region. He was a leader in providing technical assistance to wastewater operators as well as in pulling together the various state agency technical assistance providers.
