Join MWUA and Tom’s Water Solutions for this new operator certification preparatory training around. This course is designed to help you study for the Class I & II Water Treatment exams.

• January 7, 2026 – Essential Water Math Fundamentals
• January 8, 2026 – Source Water, Preliminary Treatment, and Chemical Principles (includes hands-on experience at Bangor’s treatment plant)
• January 20, 2026 – Primary Treatment Processes and Advanced Math (includes hands-on experience at Old Town’s treatment plant)
• January 21,2026 – Disinfection, Laboratory, and Plant Records (includes hands-on experience at Belfast’s treatment plant)
• January 22, 2026 – Equipment, Systems, Safety, and Administration

• Bangor Water District, 614 State St, Bangor (January 7th, 8th, and 22nd)
• Old Town Water District, 109 Center St, Old Town (January 20th)
• Belfast Water District, 41 Wight St, Belfast (January 21st)
(All classes will run from 8am to 3pm. TCHs – BLWSO 30 TCHs; DEP 18 TCHs)
